Chapter 129 ~Getting on the knees~

Demonte’s POV:

“Let me know who sent this message? I wanna know whose number is this?” I asked to my hacker.

He laughed out loud after hearing what I had told him.

“What’s wrong? Why are you laughing?” I asked him.

“I am glad I can make someone like you fool as well. It’s me. Who other can hack your phone except me?” he said. 

I couldn’t help but laugh at his words. So, it was him. I was quite relieved to know that it was him thankfully.

“But why her?” I asked him.

“I thought she would be the safest. As per my research, I didn’t feel like his wife and relatives could be of any help cause his family tree is quite interesting. He doesn’t have anyone except his wife for his family and I don’t think we can trust her. Even his son,” he said.

Jeremy wasn’t his son. I had clearly heard from Mrs. Black that Jeremy wasn’t his son but only his son.
