Next morning

Aeron was relaxing in his cabin when a girl entered there without knocking dragging a person behind her by holding his collar tightly and throw him in front of Aeron...

He smiled looking at her.."I was waiting for u Ava baby "

"Am not Ur baby Aeron...u really hired some professionals to kill me....they are searching for me from morning " she shouted...Aeron starts laughing

"Hey hey calm down little volcano....it was necessary to look everything real in front of Ryan..he shouldn't come to know that it was my plan to send goons behind u and make u look helpless like that in front of him "

Ava took a deep breath and sit in his front chair..." He thought am a weakling who needed his help...I can handle all of them single handedly " she whispers to herself..

Aeron came to her and hold her hand..but then his eyes falls on her finger..."one second..where is the ring which I gave u?? "

Ava scared a little "I..think I drop it somewhere by mistake " she said turning her face..

"Ohhh...u drop it my mistake or are u planning to run from me too ?" He asked raising his eyebrows..Ava took her hand back and looked him angrily..."moreover that ring doesn't matter anymore..am not Ur wife now " she explained further..

Aeron smiled and place his hand on her cheeks "yeaah..but you are my girlfriend  now...we are working again on our relationship..." He whispers sexily...but Ava was not at all feeling good she pushed him hard and went near window...

"It was my biggest mistake to marry u..I thought u love me..but u were just after my dad's  money....u never loved me Aeron...u just used me to get dad's property "

"Ohh really..come on Ava..then why after getting divorced u came to me..why didn't u go back to your lovely brother Xavier " he snapped angrily...Ava didn't speak a word...

"let me tell u..because u also needed money that time..u didn't have anything without my name...no job..no status and your brother...being his cute little sister u didn't want to worry him ..so I guess...we are equal now..u can't blame me for everything "

Ava knew very well that she can't make him angry because she really need money that time.....she lost her father after some time of her marriage and now can't bother Xavier for her .."so what's our next plan.." she asked without any expressions..a big grin came on aeron's face

"Now u look like my babygirl " he smiled ..Ava making bad faces  she really hates that name..

"Just stay close to him and make him believe on u...gain his trust enough so that he started share everything to u.." He said simply...Ava was shocked....

"What..are u mad...he is so rude ..arrogant and morever he already thinks am his badluck..he will not even let me come near " she said hurriedly....Aeron gave her a wicked smile..." Just do as I say...give me all his updates...and I will definitely make his life hell " he thought evilly..

"But u still didn't tell me the reason of Ur hatred towards Ryan ....why u hate him so much ??" She asked raising her eyebrow..Aeron hugged her from behind and kissed her forehead..

"Just do as i Say..  and I will give u everything u want...u waana be a great doctor na..?"she looked at him suddenly...it was her dream to be a famous heart surgeon...but she was not getting good vibes from Aeron's words .

"so are u ready for deal ?? " He asked with a hope..

Ava thought for a second..she was feeling like she was doing something wrong..."whenever I took decision after thinking too much..it always came out wrong...this time..am not going to think too much... am gonna think of only myself " she whispers to herself  and gave him a goodluck sign and went from there...

Aeron was just looking at her moving figure.."babygirl..u will be pawn of my hands..and mr Ryan Oberoi..just wait and watch...now the real fun begins " and laughing like a maniac...

Next day..

Ava was standing in front of a large building..she was looking more hot and sexy in her red top with blue denims..styling with scarf around her neck..open hairs, and little star shaped earings in her ear

"I can't believe Aeron arranged for my job so easily...I guess he is really working on our deal "  little guilt came to her of thought of betraying Ryan but it vanished fast...and a big smile came on her face thinking of her dream 

"It is first day of my work...am all fired up...please god..don't create any problem today..it's my dream job and finally am getting chance here.."she took a deep breath..hold folders of her documents tightly and went in there...

At xavier

cabin

He was speaking with someone on phone and moving here and there in his cabin..

"Have u even checked before giving me information..she was not there.." he shouted angrily..

"Sir we have checked properly don't know how we lost track of her..we will find her soon "

"Checked my foot..." He throw his phone angrily ..suddenly he feels someone's hand on his shoulder...he turn around and hugs that person tightly..."I have lost her again Sana..I have lost her again... " he was controlling his tears ..

Sana was rubbing her hand on his back to calm him down.."sshhh...Xavier...u can't lose hope like that..we will find her..."she was peppering kisses near his lips.." we will definitely find Ur sister "she said hopefully..he nodded his head...he didn't want to ruin her mood too..

Xavier has been in relation with Sana from last  1 year...they both love each other so much..she is like sister to Ryan..he can get angry on anyone even on Xavier except Sana...

Xavier hold her waist tightly and pusher her towards his chest and inhaled her scent Deeply.."Ur fragrance always calms me down Sana.."he was nudging his face in her neck..

"Hehe..stop it xav...it tickles.." she tried to push him..but in response he teasingly held her more tightly....and make her sit on his lap..she loosened his tie and ruffled his hair lovingly..."what are u thinking " she keeps her hand around his neck and came more closed to him..

"I thought after last night incident Ryan will be laying drunken on some street but Today, he is looking normal...after losing to Aeron it is first time in 3 year when he is this much calm " he said seriously...Sana was smiling seeing his concern...

"U are tensed because he is behaving normal 😂😂how cute u can be sometimes"she started laughing....

"Hey this is really serious ...and am not cute..am handsome my lady "he was rubbing his nose with hers...."I can even prove you" he winked sensually, and she was just smiling on his cuteness...

On other side.

Ryan was sitting in his cabin working on his laptop...his eyes falls on that ring...he stops his work and took that ring...

"What if she needs that ring?? Whatever it is..am not going to search her and moreover she kicked my baby car.." he put that ring in his drawer..

Suddenly door of his cabin opens..

"How many times, i have to tell u Xavier..knock before u come "

"C'mon this is my office too..and look at this dish..this is new in today's menu..it seems like pudding " he was holding a plate excitedly..

"Sometimes I feel u become my partner just for food..even canteen owner have no idea what is in their menu " sarcasm dripping from Ryan's words ..

Xavier started laughing..he takes one more spoonful bite of pudding" after all I have to give feedback..so I have to try " he was enjoying it's taste..Ryan can't control himself looking him savoring it's taste like this..he also took bite from his plate..

"Umm..wow..this is wonderful..is it really from our canteen?? "

he took one more big bite..Xavier didn't reply him and was scratching his head sheepishly...Ryan looked at his expressions.."Ohh shit..don't tell me it is made by her .."he asked scared..xavier just nodded his head like a child!

"u lied to me....she will kill me with her cooking " Ryan slapped his forehead..suddenly Sana came running there with her biggest smile..

"I have already distributed it's sample in the whole office ..they already started liking it...am a great chef.."she was more excited now....and Ryan was more pissed..

"Xavier is scared of only one thing in his life..and that is your cooking..that's why he always try on me first and then himself.." he murmured to himself..."now tell me..what u have mixed in it this time..last time I ate ur home made food I got loose motions..," he was checking that pudding like a detective ..

"C'mon..she is really a great cook..I know last time it gets little extra roast..but this time it's perfect" Xavier winked to Sana..making her more blush....Ryan looked at them and can't stop his smile..their relation is the only thing which makes him believe that love is still there otherwise he thought love never exists..

"Love is not in everyone's destiny "he thought to himself.."by the way what ingredient u use in it Sana..it really tastes great" Ryan asked her..

He was going to eat one more bite bit Suddenly, he started sneezing and coughing...his whole body feeling pain and itching everywhere..

"An apple a day..keeps doctor away..this is my special apple pudding..with some different flavors..more apple pieces..some dry fruits..and " before she completed her sentence she looked at ryan who was looking at her like he saw some ghost..his mouth was wide open..

"What happen....why u looking me like this.." She asked cutely..

"U used apple..means A for apple?? " He asked scratching his neck like monkey..
Xavier and Sana looked at him confused...but suddenly something clicked in their mind..
"Don't tell us that u are allergic to it " they asked in unison..but Ryan didn't need to answer he was sneezing like there is no tomorrow..his face become all red..

"I knew it..after meeting that Ava my badluck will come..but this much fast....am I not allowed to take break of even one day..for others it is an apple a day keeps doctor away..but for me it is an apple a day .take u to doctor's way..(shouts) am allergic to it " he said all this in one breath...his condition is going bad with every passing minute..

"What..who the hell get allergy from Apple..he is unique " Xavier get more tensed..

"Am going to die..do something u both " his skin is getting more red.."Now what more can go wrong with me.."Ryan thought before fainting.

"Now am also scared of his badluck..Sana..let's take him to hospital..hurry .." before Xavier can go his phone rings.."shit

..I forgot..I have an urgent meeting today.."

"So what we do now...."Sana was on verge of crying..

Ryan opens his eyes slowly..he was not completely faint.."Just go and attend the meeting Xavier " he managed to say...

"But..."

"If that Aeron got the deal than i will kill u with my own hands..so it's better u attend that meeting" his dominant voice was enough for Xavier to listen him...

"Sana took him to the hospital..." And this time Ryan's eyes get completely closed...

At hospital...

They both reach hospital.....Ryan was lying on bed..he was not making any moment..Sana was looking at him with tearful eyes...

"Rayan..why are u still unconscious..please wake up...please don't die.." tears started coming from her eyes.."

"Why will I die stupid...it's just an allergy...am feeling tired that's why am sleeping.." Ryan speaks in low voice..Sana's face lighten up..
She saw a doctor was standing in corner of the room checking his reports....

"Doctor please hurry check him before he dies "Sana has weired habit of blabbering anything in tension....doctor's back was towards him, so they didn't able to see her face...

"Don't worry...i had treated even dead patients..at least he is alive..So it's not a big deal for me.."doctor turned toward them and as soon Ryan's eyes falls on her his eyes popped out..

"Ava...u are a doctor " Ryan speak unbelievably "please god..please no " he was praying continuously..

"No...am not a doctor" she replied sweetly..ryaan get a breath of relief.."am an intern..it's my first day today..and u are my first patient..if everything goes better than one day I will become doctor too " her excitement can be clearly seen in her words..

Ryaan was feeling like he dig his own grave..he was repeating her words in his mind ..he can't believe in his ears and eyes..Sana looked at them confused...

"U guys know each other..that's great...can u please check him now " Sana asked in hurry..before Ava move toward him...Ryan showed his hands signalled her to stop...

"One minute...she is lying Sana...ask her how can she treat a dead person" Ryan still can't behave in his ears...

"That was a skeleton "Ava replied wiggling her eyebrows....Ryan looked at her like dumb..looking at his expressions Ava can't control her laugh...she was enjoying teasing him like that..

"Now finally my practice is going to start..are u ready mr Ryan " she asked creating more fear..

"The way she is saying it seems am not just first, but her last patient too " he looks at Sana "please take me to a good doctor..am telling u she will take her revenge..she will kill me " he pleaded to Sana and tried to move but Ava holds his hand tightly..

"I can't let my first patient go like this..and look at Ur condition..u will not be able to reach another hospital..so let me do my work.... " she speak in her doctor's voice...Ryan looked at her suddenly..her demenaeaur gets completely changes..

"Nurse bring me an injection..Firstly, I need to stabilize him " she ordered in firm voice..Ryan was surprised....now he takes a close look of her..her figure was looking more sexy in that doctor's coat...the way she was moving her hair were also swaying on her hips...."she really knew how to use injection" he confirmed to himself....

"I think so..look how confidently she holds it" Sana replied him..ryaan looked at her all of a sudden..after looking Ava he even forgets that Sana is with him and other doctors too....

"If she knows how to use it..then why her hands are shivering Sana " Rayan asked like a child ..they both looked at her gulping their saliva in fear...And she was giving them her toothy smile..

"Hehe..first time...it's just an injection..I will do it..nothing will happen believe me..

"no no no..stay away damn it " Ryan was chanting these words....but no one was there to listen him..he was going to run from there..

"Now the show begins..nurse hold him " she ordered..all the nurses came and hold him tightly "nooooooooo..leave me..do something Sana...let me go..I will sue u..I will kill u..am the boss..am the Ryan oberoi " he tried one more time but all in vain..Ava got the chance and confidently throw injection towards him..I mean inject him property...

And this time Ryan faints for real....

"Shitt..what happen .is he really died this time ??" Sana asked with tearful eyes...
