Her first patient

Ryan faints in Ava's Arms..she carefully holds him like most precious thing...

"What happen to him..why isn't he opening eyes??"Sana asked in concern

"Mam..is..is he really ok?? "one of the nurses who witness whole  scenario which just happened a moment ago asked in fear..

"If he died then what I will say to Xavier..."Sana was almost crying..."he died because of my food"

Before someone could make more assumption Ava speak hurriedly "No no no..Nothing happens..he is absolutely alright.(in comedy style ) not just half..he is full alive.. " Ava assured her with a smile..Sana gets a breath of relief..

"Now let him rest for sometime..u please wait outside..as soon as he wakes up ..we will call u "while Ava has been saying all this not for once her eyes left Ryan...Sana left from there to inform Xavier...

"nurse bring me all his reports" Ava adjust the pillow on bed and carefully help him lay down...now except her and Ryan no one was there....she sits on the chair which was near his bed..looked at him with serious face and suddenly burst into laugh...

"Ohh god...I can't believe he scared that much that he faints..what he was saying last night..(in Ryan style ) Am the Ryan oberoi..get out of here ...Mr coward Oberoi...(patting her shoulder ) I have done a good job..and took my revenge too " she bites her lips to control her smile..."how peacefully he is sleeping now...no one can say that he created such drama a minute ago "

She stands and was ready to check another patient but then her eyes falls on his face..he was looking so cute ..his hair coming to his eyes..she wanted to divert her mind..but don't know why from the moment she met him ..she was feeling a strong pull towards him..

"Ava..it's wrong to look at someone like this.."she scolded herself.."and by the way what's so special in him..like everyone he also has 2 eyes..one nose..and tongue from which i think he had never spoken anything good ..and one minute..he told am a badluck..huh..now he will not dare to mess up with me " she turned fast and going to left but her eyes falls on the window..

Some nurses and patients were standing there looking at ryan in awe....

"If this much sexy patient came every day..I will never take a leave from my duty " one of the nurse was drooling over him..

"One min..he is Ryan oberoi..i have seen his pictures in magazines.Look at his chest..am sure there will be six packs....ava is so lucky..she is so near to him..to be near him I can become patient too..(in style )I will shift my bed in his room..."other one looked them closely in jealousy...

Ava was listening to all these with boring expressions.."I will make sure when u become patient...I will treat u with my own hands " and gave a dangerous look to that nurse..but no one moved from there.."can't he close button of his shirt..is it necessary to display his chest "

She thinks for a minute...and in swift motion evilly pulled out the curtains of the window..so that no one can see him now..

"What this is cheating ..u can't do that Ava " one of the nurse shout on her...but she didn't pay attention to them and was smiling on her little victory..

At xavier cabin

He ended the meeting and checked Sana's msg..

"Thank God he is alright "he sighed

Before he go..his phone started ringing..he picked the call..

"Yes..tell me..is there any progress ??he asked impatiently.

"Not now sir..but soon we will give u good news about Ur sister" he updated

This time Xavier couldn't control his emotions..everytime he gets no as his answer..he was tired of all these..

"What u guys are doing..it has been 2 years Ava has been missing..she is my little sister....if next time i don't get good news..I will kill u all " he can't control his anger this time " and one more thing..don't let Ryan know about this...he shouldn't come to know anything about her..otherwise, everything will be messed up " he ordered  dominantly.

"Yess..Yess sir..just give us last cha.... "

Xavier cut the call without listening further..and hold the table tightly.....earlier Xavier and Ava were  remain in touch but after getting divorced from aeron Xavier lost touch of her....Ava cut herself from everyone....

I know Aeron very well afterall...he was my sister's ex husband.......if he came to know ..". He stopped in mid " no no ..he can't...he will never see my face ..I will not let that happen "

On other side..

Ava was sitting near Ryan's bed..he was still sleeping..Ryan  didn't know at that time that she is the only girl who can bring out those emotions from him..which he thinks he don't have.the most powerful Ryan ..who never get scared of anything..Ava scared him so much that he faints...

because of his hair she was not able to see his eyes..even if they are closed...she slowly raised her fingers and moved his hair slightly..there were some lines of tension on his forehead 

"He must be shouting at someone in sleep..this man is unbelievable " she was enjoying looking at him and moved her fingers in those lines..as soon her fingers touched him she feels a spark ..all those tension lines vanished from there..now he was only at peace  ..she unknowingly giving him massage continuously..

"Earlier Xavier used to talk about u a lot that's why u don't feel stranger to me... " she takes a deep breath..." Even aeron also told about u a lot of things...(laugh a little ) and all are bad ...but personally I saw u last night...u were not at all look like as they both said...u are more handsome and pure.. " she thought what she said..and shake her head to wipe her thoughts...

"I was so messed up in my life that i didn't contacted Xavier  from last 2 years...Don't know if he was looking for me or not..."hurt was clearly evident in her eyes, but she immediately hides it...

"But I had never imagined that we will meet like that "smile came on her lips remembering his expressions "and am sure Xavier wouldn't let me meet u ever ...he thinks Ur badluck is contagious...it's really funny.."

Right now she was not thinking of any plan...everything was moving according to its own...

She saw Ryan was moving slowly in sleep ..his lips left a whimper..because of so much scratching red marks appearing on his hands...she rubs her thumb on those marks...

"U must be in pain..just some more time...u will get relief soon "

Both of them didn't know but her touch was really giving him calm..he was feeling so good that even after getting consciousness he was not opening his eyes...

It may be lust when u feel attraction towards someone in first look but it can never be lust when u recognise that person from its fragnance..from its touch...only true love can recognise his soulmate even when his eyes are closed..

Ryan takes a deep breath taking as much fragrance as he can " my favourite perfume.this feels heaven"he speaks in low voice "but one second...how can I speak when i am dead.." he was thinking still sleeping..

"C'mon wake up ryan..he should have woke up now..I hope I haven't made any mistake  " she again checked all the reports..Ryan's fingers move a little she get scared with his sudden act ..she stands and was ready to go, but Ryan holds her finger tightly and opens his big eyes..

"Am I alive ??Seriously  " he stupidly asked her..

"Not at all..u are in heaven enjoying with fairies.do u have any wish sir " she bowed a little to make her acting look more real..

a smile came on his lips "ohh really..then I wish u to be thrown out of here and yeaah send a lady for me (licking his lips) and sexy too..her lips should be like rose petals "

He was blabbering his fantasy without stopping ..Ava was looking at him with her mouth wide open..." And yeaah..her figure..it should fit in my hands like a missing puzzle...I waana lick her neck and " he was going to describe more but when he looks at her expressions he couldn't control his laugh..

"How dare u Mr Ryan..this is a hopsital..don't u have any shame?wait a minute..I think u need one more injection " she angrily searches for it ..all his fun mood changed into scary one..

"No no..I was just joking..please, I can't handle one more...I almost reached heaven," he was literally pleading and now it's her turn to laugh..he realises  that she was making fun of him ..instars of getting angry he joined her too and was smiling..

But suddenly he feels a sharp pain in her head.."ouch...what the heck..my head " he hold his head tightly with his hands ..Ava gets scared..

"Ryan what happens..why u were holding Ur head like this.Do u have migrain problem " she holds his shoulder and helps him sit she was so close to him that Ryan can clearly see her smooth neck..his lips were so close to her...his hands were itching to touch her just for once.. he knew what he was thinking was so wrong, but he can't help it..Ava look at him in concern..he doesn't reply her yet..

"It's none of Ur concern" he replied with no expressions..she didn't understand the reason of sudden change in his behaviour..he again started behaving rudely..she moves back

The door of room opens..Sana came and hugged him tigghtly."Finally u are alive" he hugged her more tightly and this time Ava can't hide her jealousy...she moves back a little more.." am alive baby..now don't cry " he wipes her tears

"I thought we lost u..I was going to call a priest to dig Ur grave " Sana sobbed more..now Ryan and Ava both looked at her like mad....it seems Sana was still in tension..Ryan was looking at her helplessly..."don't know how Xavier handles u...u are so dumb " he whispers in her ear..Sana hits him slowly while laughing..

A nurse came there..she was holding a diagram but her eyes were on him.."mam I need to ask u something "

"My face is here rosy..not on his chest..stop paying him unnecessary attention "

Nurse show her a diagram..there were some medical related things..Ryan's was drinking water and  listening her carefully although he didn't understand a single thing..he just wanted to check her knowledge..

Ava looked at him..something clicks in her mind.." ofoo..let me tell u ..if by chance u wrongly done kidney's operation instead of heart.. it's not a big deal..here is heart and here is kidney..they are so close to each other..mark a cut on both of them..and here is liver..u can even check that to..," She seriously explained everything to nurse...water comes out if Ryan's mouth..he was coughing...

Sana and Ryan looked at her weiredly.

"Hehe..just chill am just  joking " ava laughed sheepishly..

"This smile...she is not joking..she is serious Sana..am telling u..she really doesn't know anything " he looks up "thank god am safe..if I stay one more minute with her I will get heart attack in my kidney " He hurriedly stands on his feet and run from there without giving chance to anyone to stop him..

"What..Ryan ..where are u going ..u need rest " Sana shouts..

"I will rest in my home..if I stay here I will rest in peace " he replied running...Sana was looking at him unbelievablly..and Ava was controlling her smile..she didn't know her first day of the job will be this much fun...

On other side..

Sana enters in her house..she was feeling so tired but suddenly stops in her track...someone was standing in front of her looking at her angrily..."can I ask Where u have been since last night??"

"It's none of Ur concern Aeron" she replied calmly...he took long steps and came close to her.."Don't try to be over smart with me..am Ur brother sana..I know what u are doing behind my back...what is going on between you and Xavier " he raised his voice..

She didn't reply him..her silence  pissing him more "C'mon Sana just reply..he and Ryan are my biggest rival..xavier is playing with u...he will break ur heart ..Ryan was trying to be sweet with you so that he can know my strategies through u" he tried to make her understand..Sana rolled her eyes and started laughing..Aeron looked at her confused..

"Ohh really brother..where u have been in all those years when we need u the most..at that time Ryan was there with me..with mom..he cared for us...u didn't even tell us why u divoeced Ava..." She shouted angrily...when he get married to her Sana was studying abroad..and when she cames she got the news of their divorce... so she never even get the chance to meet her or look her any picture because aeron removed all of them...

After that she met Xavier in a club and as soon they saw each other they fall in love at first sight..but xavier never blamed Sana for the deed of his brothers for hurting her sister and that was the thing which touched Sana's heart most...

"Even ryan doesn't care that am your sister..his biggest rival's sister..so even if u want to..I will never leave Ryan and Xavier " tears started coming from her eyes...she runs from there..leaving Aeron in shocked state 

He was so busy in his life that he never paid attention to his family...he didn't realise that in race of coming first in everything he forgets his first priority..that is his family..he angrily hit his hand hard in the table 

"Mr Ryan Oberoi...just because of u Sana speak to me like that...her own real brother...but it's enough...not just Ur business I will destroy u too..just wait and watch.." 

And an evil smile came on his face..
