Am the CEO

After dressing up , l just reached out and got my laptop before sitting down on the bed.  If l really want to live in a peaceful life without seeing the annoying face of my soon to be step brother , l really needed to get a quicker near by job , work hard then get the hell out of the house.. with that in my mind , l began to scroll up and down the internet of my laptop , searching through the near by jobs.

I searched for a pretty good time that l reached out and got tired , however just as l was about to give up and shut off my laptop l lastly saw it , the ten drive away job from here.. It was a job application for working as a receptionist in one of the post hotels and seeing it , it was really like my opportunity..

I quickly clicked on the ''apply now '' then began to fill in the needed information together with my photo and once l was done , l sighed heavily in relief before closing up the browser together with my laptop... I was inwardly happy now because after all they were going to reply to me in just seven business days..

After placing my laptop down on my bedside table , l walked down the stairs to the kitchen.. l was so damn hungry thatl inwardly had a thought that l would be alone in the kitchen but surprisingly l found both my mom and Mr Eric eating their food on their dining table.. '' Arina come over and join us , l have prepared this food and l know you will like it '' , My mom murmured with a smile on her face..

'' Yes '' , l replied after filling up my plate with spaghetti noodles and some other food , l sat down on the chair opposite Mr Eric but next to my mother... '' what are you planning to do today ? , Arina '', Just as l was stuffing my mouth with the spaghetti noodles , l heard my mum ask.. '' Just applied for a job'' , l replied to her after eating the noodles....'' oh ! Really ? '' , My mom asked... '' Of course mum but don't act so surprised '' , l replied sarcastically.. '' In which company ? '' , Mr Eric asked with eagerness written on his face..

'' It is in Doux corps company '' , l retorted and at that Eric Spencer looked impressed . " They really pay a good amount of money " , he murmured before placing his fork down on the plate . " They do but l would advise her to apply for more jobs " , my mum uttered out and at that l looked at her with a negative look on my face . .

" Why the hell are you saying so ? " , I snarled out . . " It's just that getting a job in that hotel is not blooming easy " , She replied and hearing her say that , l angrily stabbed my fork in to my sausage and with a frown on my face , l shoved it in my mouth . . " I have worked in different restaurants you know that mum , and l have ever worked as a receptionist in a company " , l scoffed spitefully after swallowing my food .

" I Know it Rinna my darling but l don't want you to have all your hopes pinned up on only that job sweetie " , My mom murmured and Eric Spencer nodded his head . . " Well l think her reason is correct , Rinna , getting a job in Doux corps company is not easy " , Eric Spencer supported and l just nodded my head in approval .

Well l fucking pray that she doesn't get that job because she will , she will throw drinks on customers " , out of the sudden , Kieran intervened in the conversation while rubbing his eyes . ." Kieran ! " , Eric Spencer yelled out but he just smiled mischievously while looking at me . I didn't say anything and still l ignored her pathetic comment . .

" Don't want think you will be fucking happy if you lose your job at spot , so if am you , l would just leave it " , ignoring his father's yelling out , he continued before walking towards the kitchen counter . . Hearing him say that at that l lost my lost my temper and thou l didn't want to be disrespectful at this time , l couldn't take it anymore.

" Am not going to leave that  job because I don't  think that useless bastards who just shamelessly bump up in to ladies are allowed to enter there " , l shot back angrily and as expected my mum reached out and pinched my leg but still l was not going to stop , l was seriously angry.

"But am the CEO of Doux corps company " , Kieran replied with a mischievous grin on his face. " What ? It can't be " , At that l murmured in a high raised up voice . " He is the one " , Mr Eric responded to me instead and hearing him say that l felt like fainting. I was seriously unlucky , l wanted to work hard and stay away from them and now look the same person l was trying to avoid was the CEO.

" Am not going to allow someone like you in my company so am gonna tell the department to reject your application " , He murmured and almost felt like asking for the ground to open up and swallow me.This was really annoying that after noticing that  l have ran out of words to say , he just laughed out loudly before he began to make his way up to the stairs . . " What a  prick of man ? , Today am not going to tolerate his behavior , this was really too much for me to digest" , With the way , l angrily felt , l stood up instantly from the seat , ignored my mum's look and l too walked upstairs . .

" What's your fucking problem you bastard" , As soon as l was in the hallway with him in front of me , l yelled out loudly the thing which made him to stop in mid motion but on turning to look at me , he was highly amused by the anger he had just caused .
