ch 42: Hold her close

Marco's pov

I went to see Matilda, I'm in front of her house waiting for her. She came out after probably 30 minutes.

" Finally, you take forever."

" Oh, my bad." She said sarcastically

" So where are you going?" I asked

Her car broke down, and I insisted on taking her to her meeting in San Francisco. Don't get me wrong, we are friends and she helped me with my problem; my brother, Levio, and now with my anger. She is a good therapist so it's nice to return some of it.

We got in the car and I drove towards san Francisco

" So 5 hours and 30 minutes multiplied by twice 11 hours. Now, it's 3pm, we will be there at 8:30pm and my meeting at 9pm, so good." She said, looking at the google map

" Trust me, you will be on time." I said with a chuckle

" Did you get a babysitter for your brother?"

" He is 16, he can take care of himself and Luke and Tatiana there. Also, my friends will go and check on him. He will be fine."

" You didn't tell him?" She asked

" No."

" You should tell him."
