Naomi pov

l couldn't help but had to excuse myself as dad mentioned drake getting married,my legs carried me as fast as l can upstairs to my room slamming the door shut,l leaned my back against the door as my heart is already bleeding,why is it that all l wish for always end in heartbreak,l found my husband cheating on me with my own best friend as if that's not enough the only person my heart longs for is gonna get married leaving me behind,my voice dripping as l pour out my pain to no one,a hand banging on the door,naomi naomi please open the door,the voice loud, it's drake am not opening it l closed my ears with both hands as not to hear his voice as tears rolled down my cheeks but he keeps on banging louder,l stood up went straight to the bed and doze off as l stared blankly into space

wake up it's 7 am,wake up it's 7 am ,the alarm keep on ringing as l yuwned stretching my hands to turn it off,l rubbed off the sleep in my eye as l got down the bed heading straight to the bathroom,l hurriedly took my bath in less than 20 minutes,l wore my white shirt and a black trouser, standing in the mirror l brushed my hair down leaving it around my shoulders,l rushed downstairs with my suit case on the left hand,l found drake already heading towards his car,drake drake l called running behind to catch up with him, but he didn't look back as he increase his space rushing into the car and drove off,l stood at the gate breathing heavily,why is he displaying such attitude,l hissed as l drove my own car to work,

I alighted from the car,paused a little as l admire the white storey building decorated with shiny glass,boldly written on top is welcome to Mr Grant complex company,l lips curved as it has been a while l stepped in here,l walked straight to Drake's office,my heels echo through the hallway ,l ran into a lady as l was getting something from my bag,hey are you blind, can't you walk properly with your head straight the voice soft but familiar,we both raised our face together,my heart skipped as l saw Sophie,she smiled mischievously hi sister inlaw,l never thought it was you,guess you came to see my future husband,well you came at the right time as he is happy l satisfied him very well she said smiling as she adjust her boobs,my heart cracked into pieces as l listen to her trash,my eyes already filled with tears but l held it back as not to let myself down in front of her,
