VESPER POVMy eyes narrowed as I gazed at what was unfolding before me. Kelani leaned into Lance, who had a smile on his face.I couldn't tell what they were both saying because my super hearing for a reason wasn't working. That meant the flower I had found was the real deal.I should have been excited; instead, it filled me with apprehension.
