Chapter 31: Trust Issue

He blamed me for what I had not done.

I could see the anger and the emotions flooding his eyes.

He lost his trust in me. When he threw me out, I went to see Olivia and told everything to her and Esrael.

Esrael heard everything patiently and believed that Mario would take down these allegations.

“I trust you, Alyona. But I am not Alexander. He has trust issues, and watching your pictures meeting with Mario broke his heart. You were the only girl he had a friendly relationship with. Others don’t bother him.” Esrael speculated.

I broke his trust; he thought I had lied to him, but my intention was never to hurt him.

“Esrael, I know I hurt him for not telling him the truth, but all I care about is these false allegations in his name. I begged Mario for this, and he trusted me.”

Esrael and Olivia sat next to me.

“I understand, Alyona,” Olivia agreed.

“We need to find the culprit who did this. And we have to establish the Enamore name, even if Alexander thinks I did wrong
