While Emile was settling in blissfully, Daniel’s end was not so peaceful. Daniel was frustrated at narrowly missing Emile even though he went all the way to Mauritius. He was like a loose cannon waiting to blast everyone in his path. George made sure to stay way off his firing line only daring to go forward for essential affairs that could not be avoided. George planned to run away as soon as they touched down, but fate didn’t want to go easy on him.
