53. Chasing the blessing

              Lily was about to chase Keenan who was about to get into the car. However, Jum was already holding her wrist.

"Jum, Keenan is still recovering," Lily said worriedly. "Didn't you see his leg hit by a shard?"

The middle-aged woman nodded slowly. "Mr. Keenan is angry, ma'am. There's nothing we can do to stop him. That's how he's always been. He'll throw a tantrum if he doesn't get his way."

"It's all my fault." Lily sighed softly as she stared at her husband's luxury car as it left the yard.           

              There was nothing she could do but wait for what seemed like an eternity. As a result, Lily chose to walk back to her room. Followed by Jum and several servants who were already preparing to clean up the mess made by Keenan earlier.
