Chapter 14 Drop Her Off at School

Paige’s fidgeting startled Chris awake. He opened his eyes and looked at her, his hands up to no good.

She blushed.

“I-I have class today…” Paige said, deflecting his advances.

Chris looked at the clock on the wall. It was 7:00 AM. He nibbled her ear and said, “We have time.”

Chris walked ahead while Paige followed behind him with an embarrassed face. Most of the family members were there by the time they got to the dining room.

The Jewells had strict house rules. Everyone had to be home no matter how late unless they were away on business. They would enjoy breakfast together as a family.
