As expected, it was a long drive to the abandoned warehouse Rafe had told me to take Eve to.

"A man of his word." Rafe clapped his hands when I stepped in with Eve in my arms.

The warehouse looked so worn out that I was still surprised it has fallen to the ground. Currently on the ground floor, inside the large space where Rafe, everywhere was dimly lit, dusty and filled with cobwebs. I did not want to even get started with the weird sounds or the sick smell from outside.

I could also see that most of the windows were broken, and light from the moon added some light to the room.

"Man, we should have used the alley behind that night club. This place looks so creepy." I said, slowly easing Eve down to the only chair in the room.

"We can't change plans now, couz." He was bringing out random stuff from a bag he placed on the only table in the room.

"Fine, what's the next step?"
