Ruby woke up this morning with joy in her heart. Today was the first day of her new job and she had to make sure to wake up early. She had her bag packed already and would leave when she was done with her morning routine. Flora had told her what her job description entailed and that she and her husband had taken a chance on her by giving her this chance, so she would do all she could to work hard.
