"What do you think about the witches having a half of a third of the Pack." Luna Maria suggested to her son as she laid her head back on the headrest of her chair.

Kevin looked at her like she just lost her mind, but of course he didn't blurt it out. He couldn't. Today was the day the witches were coming back, and they sent some of their representatives to check the houses for them before they came.

Their population has reduced drastically. There were only about 95 families left, but they weren't sure about the entire population because a lot of them were being massacred lately. They could go to bed as a family of five, and wake up as a family of two. It was a normal thing for them at that point.

"Why do you say that Mama?" He asked, sliding the last paperback under the stack. He raised his head up to look at her. She was working full time, and he wasn't very surprised by that. She had always been a very hardworking Luna.
