The moment one of Kingston's bodyguards pointed his hand at Tisha, her sleepiness vanished, she flung her bag away in fright, turned, and began running.

The men immediately ran after her. However, before they could catch up to her, two police vehicles curved into the street and blocked them.

The officers had waited just by the entrance of the street in their vehicles. Using their binoculars, they saw when the men went to Tisha's cousin's house and tried to open the door.

They did not react because they had been no sign of Tisha. Since they weren't given a picture to know what she looked like, they watched whichever girl went into the street to see if she would walk straight to the house.
