Nestore's pov

"You don’t know?" I mocked, crouching in front of him. "Let me jog your memory, amico." I grabbed his jaw, forcing him to look at me. "You stole from me. Not just money—my shipment. And you thought I wouldn’t find out?"

" Mr. Cavarallo, there's a delivery guy outside," The guard watching the door reported and I smiled, nodding to him to let the delivery in.

Two men walked in, carrying heavy bags, and placed them on the floor, waiting for my next instructions.

I could feel their body shudder at the sight of the corpses on the floor.

"He's the recipient, show it to him," I nudged forward and they moved the bag closer, Tariq's eye bulging with terror at the content of the bag.

His tears were muffled as he held his hands to his mouth, terror-stricken at the charred bodies of the men who dared to betray us.

"Are you still going to lie now?" I asked, my eyes glinting with mischief.

He choked on a sob, his body trembling. "It—it wasn’t me! I swear! I—"
