Something amiss

In a very reputed hospital in the city, Richard , Samuel Simpson, William, Catherine and Stevenson's wife were sitting outside the Intensive care unit where Stevenson was placed. As Stevenson's health is in a very critical condition, he is placed under the ventilation support.

"I don't know why dad decided to drive by himself" Richard said out loud, thinking about what might have provoked his father to do something like this which is out of character for him.

Samuel is shocked too. He couldn't comprehend why Stevenson asked him to meet in their usual spot. It's been a while since they last met there.
