Obsession with his Captive

In the middle of the night, in an old warehouse near the city outskirts, Nikolai pointed his gun on the man who is begging him for mercy. The smell of blood and piss is thick in the air. But Nikolai's eyes are cold and merciless. His handsome face is devoid of any emotions. His dark penetrating gaze is fixed on his prey.

"One last chance. Tell me the name of the man who planned my parents death, and I might think about giving you a fast death" Nikolai said coldly.

The man infront of him is crying with pain and fear.

"No, I don't know who he is...." Nikolai didn't give the man to finish his sentence. He fired his gun and the bullet shattered the man's head.

Blood and flesh flew in every direction, but Nikolai didn't move or feel guilty. He is called Hades for a reason. He threw his gun towards Shawn, who caught it effortlessly. Shawn is his right hand man. Nikolai turned away and left the warehouse.

After the kill, the images of his parents dead bodies started to flash in his mind. He clenched his fists with suppressed anger.

"Boss, we found another lead about that night" Shawn handed over the file which held the information about the man who used to work in the knight mansion before Nikolai's parents died.

Nikolai opened the file and saw the picture of a man whom he remembered vaguely. He used to work as a gardener in the Knight mansion, and he was there when the incident happened.

"What's the delay? Bring him in" Nikolai commanded.

Shawn frowned feeling distressed. They searched for the man, but they couldn't find him. He knows that his boss will not be pleased to hear this. Shawn is scared of Nikolai's anger. But he has no other choice but to tell it.

"What?" Nikolai snapped when Shawn stood there like a statue.

Shawn jumped with fright.

"Boss, that man is in hiding. We couldn't find him" Shawn said hurriedly.

Nikolai clenched his fists with anger. It's been ten years since his parents were killed by someone very close to their family. But he is unable to find the killer untill now. It's his parents dead anniversary in a week. And he is not pleased to hear their excuses at all. His blood is boiling and all he wanted is revenge.

"Then find a way to bring him out of his hiding" he snapped at Shawn, who bobbed his head, because he is scared to open his mouth.

Nikolai slapped the file at Shawn's torso before he folded himself inside his sleek black sports car. Just when he was about to leave, he remembered that the gardener used to have a daughter.

"This man has a daughter. Kidnap her and spread the word. He will crawl to us himself for his daughter" he ordered before leaving.

On the other hand, Ivy Johnson is the daughter of Noel Johnson, the ex Gardner in the Knight mansion. She is sweet, caring and very very beautiful. Her smile can win million hearts and her aqua green eyes are so unique, they captivate anyone in their debths. She graduated from a reputed designer institute. She works as an assistant designer in a reputed company. Sometimes, she comes down to help her childhood friend with his food stall on whom She has a crush on.

"Sir, your order" Ivy gently nudged the hot burger towards the man who was waiting for his order.

"Thank you" the man took his order and left.

Jason cleaned up his small work area. He dropped out of school because of some family problems. But he works hard. He looked at his crush Ivy with a smile. He likes her alot. He wanted to propose to her, but waiting for the right time.

"Ivy ,Let's close the stall and go home now" he told her.

She looked at him with a puzzled face.

"So soon? Jason, you always says that you get more profits if you keep the stall open untill late. Then why are you in a hurry to close so soon today?" she inquired.

Jason shuddered when he remembered what happened the previous day. He looked around to confirm that they are alone before speaking in a hushed whisper.

"Ivy, Hades is searching for someone. His men took one of the guys from this market yesterday in broad daylight. That man didn't come back after that. I don't want to get involved in what ever they are searching for. That's why I decided to close my stall soon until this is settled" he told her.

Ivy shuddered with fear. Not many people knows who the man behind the mask of Hades is. She does. He is a famous businessman and the most eligible bachelor Nikolai Knight of the knight family.

'Ivy, stay away from the Knights ' her father's words of caution came to the forefront of her mind. A chil ran down her spine at the image of the handsome devil, Nikolai Knight.

"You are right" she agreed and helped him to pack up his stuff.

Just when they were about to leave, a black SUV stopped right beside where Ivy was standing

Two men wearing black clothes and matching black masks unfolded from the car and dragged Ivy inside the vehicle before they can understand what is happening.

"No, let her go. Ivy" Jason tried to save Ivy, but it's useless. The SUV sped away leaving Jason in the dust.

"Ivy" he fell down on to his knees for the girl he love.

In one of warehouses that belong to the Knight corporation, Ivy found herself tied and gagged to a metal chair which is nailed to the concrete floor.

"Let me go" Ivy cried out from behind her gag. Her words came out muffled and incoherent. Shawn is standing to one side with a blank face. He already informed his boss that they got the girl. His boss will be here any moment now.

"Sad that such a beautiful girl will die today. Her beauty will be wasted" one of the men commented.

All the others who were in the warehouse laughed as if it's a joke.

But Ivy is terrified. Sweat is trickling down from her temples and her palms are sweating. Her heart is pounding so loudly, that she can hear it with her ears. She didn't miss the metalic scent of blood still fresh in the air.

That's when it happened. At once, everything and everyone around her became deadly quiet. And she knows what that means. The devil is here.
