Three months later, my and Liam’s burns were mostly healed. Thanks to the rare medicines provided by the "Shadow Claws," our bodies were slowly getting stronger.

In the sunlight, the burn scars on Liam’s face had faded a lot.

I gently ruffled his hair, so thankful that the thrilling "Moon God's Slumber" plan had gone off without a hitch. Damian and Isolde had been completely fooled.

Even better, I’d unexpectedly met a master healer from an ancient Druid line.

With the master’s help, I found a glimmer of hope to repair my life source. It would be tough, but at least there was a chance.
