We came to a snow-covered house after only a few minutes of walking through the frozen wilderness. Calix and I both came to a halt as soon as I stopped walking. "I don't think we should go there," I said coldly, because we didn't know anyone who lives there. Nobody should know where Mino and I are right now because the other kingdom is after us.

"Because I am cold and dead as well," he replied figuratively, and I simply looked down in response to what he said. I realized he was referring to our past.
