CHAPTER 11

Mikaya's POV

Finally, I said with a smile while holding the key to our new house. This is my very first property here in Manila and because I decided to stay here for good I thought of buying a house. Sky and I can't just live with my parents. I really want to be independent. I don't want to rely on them just like the old times, especially now that I already have a child.

"Congratulations dear."

My Mom greeted me with a smile. Our house is having a housewarming party today and I also have a few guests, just my close friends and family. After the guests left, I started to clean our house. Fortunately, Aling Myrna and my friend Bea Anne were with me.

While we were busy cleaning, someone outside rang the doorbell, so I opened it. When I opened the door, it was Dylan and he was carrying a gift.

"Am I late?"

He asked while entering the house.

"Daddy."

Sky immediately greeted him and invited him to the dining area. I'm sure he will brag to his Dad about the cake we baked earlier. Si
