I looked at Sebastian, puzzled and unamused at his words. "W-what are you talking about?" I stammered. My eyes were looking at his face attentively, searching for something, like a sudden smile would find its place in his lips.

But no… what I anticipated did not come. He was staring at me, eyes full of seriousness and lips pursed thinly.

I scoffed and showed a half smile. Not taking what he said seriously. "Tell me you're joking, Sebastian." I muttered again without stammering. And I want to pat myself on the back for showing how calm I am even though inside my head feels so chaotic with questions I am not sure if I am able to say to him.
