Chapter-4

At night

Orni's pov

I was laying on the couch and waiting for Papa's arrival. I was holding a book and trying to read it but I wasn't being able to read it properly.

My mind was actually trapped by that creepy man. I have already removed that ring which he put on me. I don't understand what's his problem. Is he any kind of mental patient?

I have to share everything about Mr Randhawa with Papa. I never hid anything from my Papa and I am sure he will help me out.

I was still trying to read the book when the doorbell rang. I looked at the door and I am sure it's Papa.

Without wasting any time I ran towards the door and opened it hurriedly. And, I became shocked and horrified after seeing my father's condition. Tears started coming out of my eyes automatically.

My father was bleeding from his nose and lips. A purple bruise formed under his left eye. It seems like someone has punched him hard.

" Papa........Papa......what happened?" I asked panicking and held his arm.

He hissed in pain and didn't say anything. I took him to towards the couch and made him sit there. I ran inside my room and came back with a first aid box. Without wasting any time, I started cleaning his wounds.

" How did all this happen, Papa?" I asked him while shedding my tears.

He replied taking a deep breath," Debts, dear. Those people again came to take money from me."

" Why don't you just give them money and close this chapter? I can't see you hurt like that," I told while putting ointment on the wounds.

Papa replied sadly," I don't have enough money, dear."

" Then, sell this house. I will live under a tree happily. Not just that I am even ready to live on the streets but I can't see you getting beaten up every time," I said crying bitterly.

Papa didn't say anything further. I know it's not easy for him to sell this house because it was my mother's dream house. I know that Papa will die but he will never sell this house.

" I will find out a way soon," Papa said meekly and I just hope he finds out a way soon.

After taking care of his wounds, I made him eat dinner so that he can take his medicines. He always skips medicines that's why I have to take care of his medicines.

I laid him down on the bed and sat beside his head. I started stroking his hair gently while he continued looking at my face.

" What's bothering you, sweety?" Papa asked noticing the discomfort on my face.

I replied nodding my head in the negative," Nothing, Papa. I am fine."

" Are you hiding something from me?" He asked worriedly and I again nodded my head in the negative.

I wanted to share about that creepy man with my father. But, after seeing his condition. I couldn't. I can't give him unnecessary tensions right now.

I have to handle that creepy man on my own. I have to be strong and handle that insane person in my style.

The Next Day

Author's pov

Orni just came out of her school with her friends and she was looking very happy today as she beat one of her haters in an intra dance competition.

She was giggling nonstop and talking with her friends unknown to the fact that a pair of black eyes were watching her every move. Those eyes were roaming all over her body and they started burning like volcanos looking at her school skirt.

She was still talking with her friends when a bodyguard type man came in front of her. He blocked her path and she looked at him with questioning eyes. She wondered why this man blocked her path.

" Mam, you have to come with me. Sir is waiting for you," the man said to Orni and she got confused.

She looked at her friends confusingly and they also looked at her with confusion. Then, she looked behind that man and found that VR is standing in front of his car wearing a suit and branded sunglass.

It didn't take so much time for her to understand who is this bodyguard type man and who sent him here. She became irritated after seeing VR's face.

Orni thought mentally," Today I have to put some brain inside this crazy man's head." 

" Orni, what's he talking about?" One of her friends asked her curiously. 

Orni didn't reply to her friend, Instead, she told the bodyguard type man," Let's go."

She walked towards VR and stood in front of him with an emotionless face. Today she isn't looking afraid nor she is looking bothered by his presence. She isn't looking uncomfortable as well. Instead, she is looking confident.

On the other hand, VR was amused after seeing her calm behaviour. He wasn't understanding what happened to her suddenly that she came to meet him just in one call. He wondered why she isn't struggling today. He was observing her face with scrutinizing eyes and became more amused.

" Did you call me to count my sweat beads?" Orni asked sarcastically when she noticed him staring at her with creepy eyes.

VR chuckled after hearing her and replied," I came here to take you for lunch."

" Let's go, "Orni replied casually and VR became more surprised after seeing her unbothered behaviour.

He said gently while opening the car door for her," After you."

The whole car ride was silent. Nobody uttered a single word as VR was busy staring at her like a creep where she continued ignoring him. She was actually looking outside through the window just to ignore him. VR noticed her bare finger and got angry. He thought to ask her about the ring once they reach the restaurant.

Very soon they reached a five-star restaurant and Orni became surprised after seeing the luxurious interior of the restaurant. She became a little bit surprised noticing that the whole restaurant is empty. Actually, VR evacuated the whole restaurant so that he can spend some time with her alone.

They sat down when the manager came running to take orders from VR personally. He was literally trembling just looking at VR's face.

" What do you want to eat, Angel?" VR asked Orni when she just kept looking at the glass of water which was on the table.

Noticing her silence, VR again asked," Angel, what do yo......................."

He couldn't complete his sentence when Orni grabbed the glass and splashed the water all over his face. Anger is clearly noticeable over her face and she is breathing heavily.

" This girl is done for sure," The manager mumbled while putting a hand over his mouth.

On the other hand, VR was dumbfounded after seeing her audacity. He just closed his eyes when she splashed the water over his face. He fisted his palm angrily, clenched his jaw and then looked at her with a raised brow.

" Listen, Mr Vijendra Randhawa. I am not interested in you nor I will ever be interested in you. So, please stop roaming behind me like some kind of dog," Orni yelled over his face.

He remained silent with an expressionless face when she continued angrily," What do you think of yourself? Huh!! Just because you have money and belong to a rich family, I will run after you!!"

" Angel, stop this mouth of yours otherwise I will stop it in my style," VR warned very calmly but his eyes were telling something else.

Orni didn't give a shit about his warning, instead, she continued her words banging her hands on the table," Didn't you feel ashamed of molesting a minor? How can you even propose to me? Huh!!"

" I am telling you for the last time. Stop bothering me and find a girl according to your age and status. And, even after this insult, if you keep roaming behind me then I will say you don't have any self-respect, " Orni finished throwing the ring over his face.

Then, she said giving him a don't you dare look," Next time, I will take legal action if you try to bother me or do anything inappropriate with me."

After that, she didn't waste a second. She just turned her head to leave this restaurant as soon as possible. She just hopes he stops bothering her.

Before she could step a foot ahead, an ear-piercing sound echoed through the whole restaurant. She turned her back towards VR and a horrified expression appeared over her face.

" What did you do?" She asked shockingly looking at the manager who was lying on the floor.

Well, VR just shot the manager on his shoulder and the poor man is now groaning in pain while his blood flooded the whole floor.

" He needs to be hospitalized. Call an ambulance," Orni said and tried to hold the manager.

But, before she could touch the manager, VR held a chunk of her hair and whispered in her ear," Next time it will be your beloved father in his place."

Orni looked at him with an are you serious face and he continued talking like a creep," It doesn't matter you are interested in me or not. I want you and you will be mine. The sooner you will understand this simple thing the better it will be for you."

" You are sick. Just let me go," Orni yelled while struggling to free herself from his iron grip.

After that, VR didn't say anything to her. He threw her over the nearby wall and she just hissed in pain. Before she could say or do anything, he caged her between his large body and the wall.

" Move away, please," Orni requested putting her hands over his chest where she turns away her face as his breathing was fanning over her face.

He held her hands tightly almost cutting her blood supply and she continued struggling in his hold. She was telling her to leave but he wasn't moving anywhere.

Then, without any warning, he smashed his lips over hers making her a statue. He started chewing her lips where she continued standing like a robot. Tears rolled down her eyes as he robbed her first kiss. She was so shocked that for a few seconds she forgot to breathe.

After kissing her lips like a savage he left her. He chuckled after seeing her bleeding lips while she just kept looking down with teary eyes.

" Next time, I will bite your other lips if you dare to do some stupidity," He warned clutching her jaw tightly.

Orni just closed her eyes due to shame after hearing his disgusting words. She felt like vomiting as she can feel his taste inside her mouth till now.

" I will send a marriage proposal to your house very soon. And, tell your father to accept it otherwise his place will be six feet under the ground," VR whispered putting the ring back on her ring finger.

Orni mumbled hiccupping," You are disgusting."

She hissed in pain and her eyes shot open with a terrified expression all over her face when he made her look into his eyes holding a fistful of her hair. He took her towards the table and made her sit over it.

" And, next time I don't want to see your knees," He warned roaming his one hand over her bare legs.

Orni replied making a disturbed face," Don't touch me."

" Why? You are comfortable showing these sexy legs of yours to the whole world but when your would-be husband touch your legs you feel ashamed!! Huh!! He asked groping one of her thighs angrily.

She hissed in pain when he ordered her," Change this skirt and bought a longer one. If I see this skirt next time then I will break your legs or pour acid over this smooth skin of yours. Do you understand?"

Orni remained silent when he roared over her face tightening his hold around her soft thigh," Do you understand?"

" Yes...Yes......please leave me now," Orni screamed while hissing in pain.

At Night

Orni is sleeping on the bed hugging her teddy bear tightly. Her whole face is tear-stained as she slept after crying.

The whole day she was upset just thinking about VR and his warning. She doesn't know how she is going to free herself from his stalking. The more she thinks about that kiss the more she feels disgusted.

After coming home she has washed her mouth repeatedly just to remove his taste from her mouth. She was horrified beyond the level when she noticed his fingerprints over her thighs. Those fingerprints have formed into bruises making her more scared of him.

She is still sleeping when a woman entered her room silently. The woman was covering her body and face with a big black shawl. She walked towards Orni and sat on the bed silently.

The woman looked at Orni's face with adoration and touched her face gently. She started caressing Orni's right cheek with too many emotions in her eyes.

" You are here?" Orni asked suddenly feeling that soft caress over her cheek.

The woman replied chuckling," I was missing you."

Orni sat back on the bed and said taking that woman's hands in her hands," This time you took a long time."

" I won't do that again," the woman replied kissing her forehead.

Orni smiled a little when the woman noticed Orni's tear-stained face. She also noticed Orni's sad eyes and understood that something is bothering her.

" What happened to you, baby?" The woman asked Orni very affectionately.

Hearing the woman's affectionate voice, Orni couldn't hold back her emotions. She hugged the woman tightly and burst into tears.

" I am scared, Ma. I am so scared," Orni hiccuped while soaking the woman's shawl with her tears.
