Not the typical romance

Damian looked around and found his favorite black tuxedo hanging neatly on his closet door. He picked it up and put it on, before heading towards the kitchen, where he found a note on the refrigerator saying that Celine was already in the kitchen, making breakfast for them both.

Damian smiled as he read it and decided to start cooking. He cooked them both breakfast and brought it to the coffee table in the living room, where they were currently sitting together.

They ate and talked happily for a while before Celine suddenly stopped eating her food and looks at him with big puppy dog eyes.

"Are you still mad at me, sweetie? " she asked worriedly.

"Of course not, baby. Why would you think that? " Damian said, confused by her sudden question.

"Because I'm the reason why you had to wait until tomorrow for our anniversary." Celine said sadly.

"Don't worry, baby. You don't have anything to apologize for. And besides, I've never seen you happier than you are right now, so I can forgive you."
