After eating breakfast, they quickly drove to the Wayne mansion. Once there, they went inside the main hall and headed towards the living room. They arrived there just in time to see Alfred putting plates of delicious food on the coffee table."Alfred." Celine said happily."Good morning, Miss Celine. Master Damian." Alfred replied, smiling warmly at them both.Damian returned the smile and sat next to Celine, giving Alfred a brief hug before starting to enjoy his breakfast.Meanwhile, Celine began to chat animatedly with Alfred while Damian watched her in amusement and affection. After about twenty minutes of chatting with Alfred, Celine excused herself from the conversation, leaving Damian to finish the rest of the breakfast on his own. When he was finished, he got up from his seat and walked towards the living room where he was sure that he heard Celine talking with someone. As expected, when he entered the living room, he found Celine and his mother talking while drinking tea toge
After breakfast, they left the house. Celine decided to take a nap during the trip to the beach, since the previous day's events had exhausted her completely and she needed a little break.Damian carried her suitcase and Celine rested her head on his chest, enjoying his strong but comforting scent. They arrived at the beach a little early. It was already pretty crowded and Damian and Celine quickly found a spot under a tree. They laid down on the blanket and enjoyed the warmth the sun provided, occasionally kissing each other's lips. Soon, they were interrupted by a loud scream coming from the direction of the sea."Look!" Celine squealed excitedly, jumping out of the blanket and running towards the shore.Damian followed her, chuckling quietly to himself. He stopped by the edge of the sea and leaned against one of the trees. Looking out at the sea, he couldn't help but wonder how things would have turned out if he didn't meet Celine. He might have been kidnapped or worse, murdered
The two were quiet for awhile before Damian spoke again "We should probably get some sleep before our flight tomorrow.""Hmm... Yeah, you're right." Celine replied with a soft nod.She stood up from the couch and took both of the plates in her hands, placing them in the sink in the kitchen. Then, she returned to the living room and crawled onto the bed, settling herself comfortably on top of the blankets. Once she settled, she patted the spot next to her. Damian got up from the floor and crawled into bed with her. They snuggled together for a bit and fell asleep almost immediately. When Celine awoke, she was confused to find herself still sleeping in the same position she fell asleep in last night. When she opened her eyes, she realized that Damian wasn't beside her. Instead, he was gone. What the hell happened? Celine thought to herself as she slowly sat up in bed and rubbed the sleep out of her eyes.As soon as Celine finished stretching, Damian entered the bedroom."Morning." Dami
Damian opened the front door and saw Celine standing near the railing of the balcony with her arms crossed over her chest."You called?" He questioned."Yeah... Sorry if it seems weird, but I wanted to tell you something that might surprise you... I think you need to hear it, even though it may sound a little crazy..." Celine told him.Damian furrowed his eyebrows and shook his head."I promise it will make sense one day. I can't explain it any other way right now. Please trust me." Celine pleaded, squeezing Damian's hand gently."Ok. I trust you." Damian replied, nodding his head and smiling at his wife lovingly. He stepped forward and wrapped his arms around her waist, hugging her closely as they stood side by side."Close your eyes and concentrate on breathing steadily." Celine instructed.Damian did as instructed and closed his eyes, trying to calm his breathing. After a few moments of silence, Celine started talking."It all started when we were fifteen years old. Remember how we
"Have you been able to get your parents out yet?""Not yet. Father doesn't seem to want to help. He wants to see me dead, or at least hurt. If I wanted to get out of here I wouldn't have left with you to begin with." Damian stated bitterly."I'm sure he'll change his mind eventually." Celine reassured him, wrapping her arms around Damian's shoulders."Maybe..." Damian sighed. "If I ever manage to escape."Celine pulled away slightly to look into Damian's eyes."I'm not gonna let you get hurt, Dami. I won't let anything bad happen to you." Celine promised him firmly.Damian returned Celine's gaze and gently caressed her cheek with his thumb."Thank you." Damian whispered."For what?""Everything... For helping me find my happiness again... For being patient with me and being understanding and accepting of every decision I make. I know that I'm not perfect, but you've given me such courage and hope for the future and I don't know how I could repay you." Damian admitted."Just remember t
Damian turned his heel and rushed out of the hallway and headed back towards their bedroom. He entered the bedroom and immediately spotted Celine lying on the large bed and watching all the plants.Celine turned around to face him, frowning."Where were you?"Damian ignored her question and walked over to the closet. After retrieving several items that he needed, he grabbed some fresh sheets and threw them onto the bed."Damian, what are!" Celine began, but once Damian turned around and faced her, Celine instantly stopped talking. Her eyes widened in surprise when she noticed the amount of clothes that Damian was holding in his arms."Um... What is all this?" Celine questioned, staring at the pile of clothes."It's nothing." Damian replied nonchalantly, continuing to unload the clothes onto the bed.Damian didn't say anything else as he continued to remove things from his closet, making way for Celine to take over. He couldn't bring himself to look at her. Not only did Damian feel g
Celine didn't reply and instead made her way over to Damian, grabbing his arm and dragging him towards the stairs."Celine!" Damian protested in protest. "What are you doing?""I need to show you something." Celine replied simply."Show me what?" Damian demanded."Just trust me." Celine murmured before pushing Damian down the stairs, causing him to stumble slightly. When they reached the bottom of the stairs, Damian was able to see what Celine was referring to. Celine led him over towards the sofa and sat down in front of it, motioning for Damian to sit down next to her."What are we doing here?" Damian muttered as he sat down."This is where we spent our first date." Celine replied with a small grin on her face, as though she was remembering a fond memory.Damian stared blankly at Celine for a few seconds before realisation dawned on him."We...we spent our first date in the lounge?" Damian asked confusedly."Yeah," Celine replied excitedly. "Isn't it great? We're finally getting ma
After several minutes had passed, Damian walked over to the countertop and began pouring himself a cup of coffee. While drinking his coffee, Damian glanced around the room. His eyes fell upon a large pile of laundry on the floor, consisting of multiple colours which ranged from white to pink. There was also a pair of jeans strewn across the floor along with a shirt. A frown formed on Damian's forehead when he noticed the sight before him. He narrowed his eyes slightly, wondering why Celine would leave her clothing lying scattered around the place. He guessed that she had been planning to wash the clothes at some point. But it was clear to him that she hadn't done so, as he noticed that she had forgotten to pick up her discarded clothing from the floor. "Damian."Damian flinched slightly, startled by Celine's voice. He slowly turned around to look at Celine who was standing at the entrance of the living room. Her face was slightly flushed, indicating that she had just woken up. "Um
