Chapter 37: Josh's Confession
While Danielle was doing all the household chores, she tried to contact Johnson. It has been two weeks since she had not contacted him. She felt she had a responsibility to let him know about her situation. She dialled the telephone and called him.
On the other hand, Josh was watching a movie on the living room when he noticed Danielle taking a phone call. He listened carefully to Danielle's conversation.
Meanwhile, Johnson was at his office when he heard his mobile phone ringing. He grabbed and looked at his phone. It was an unknown number but he still answered it.
“ Hello! Whose this?” He asked with a poker face.
“ Johnson, it's me!” Danielle answered.
Hearing a familiar voice, Johnson’s heart jumped with joy. “ Danielle, is it really you?”
“ Yes. How are you? I'm sorry if I took a little while to call you. I'm just taking precaution.” Danielle confessed and confirmed herself to him.
