Adrian’s POV.

The man was mad. Just absolutely crazy.

After what we just did, he could still speak as if nothing happened; even as he held me, and his heart beat in sync with mine. Fast. Hard.

I laughed. I was sick of crying.

I hated that he made me do so every time we met. I was angry that I was always afraid, yet excited, whenever he was close.

I had been so scared that he didn’t want me anymore, after I had gone out of my way to create distance.

Liam croaked. I gave the man extra points for not doing a backflip before the giant touched him.“I'm Sebastian Norwood. This is my place,” he said courteously, holding both Liam’s hands and eyes. The reserved guard blinked at him, his mouth falling open, but no sound formed.“Oh, no, please. It’s my honor to let the public experience the riches of knowledge and history all in one place. If I didn’t do this, I would have two Disneyland parks, and honestly, do we really need more theme parks?” Sebastian droned as if he were answering a question from the poor man.Liam pressed his lips together.“Tell me, what do you think so far? I could give you a private tour.” He was sitting now, in my chair. I wanted to take a picture of Liam’s face for posterity, but my mind would have to do.A scraping sound drew all three of our eyes.Adrian was fuming. It was an even more precious sight.I bit my tongue. I needed to see this.“Wha

Jayden’s POV.Liam… Good man. I mused as he sauntered in.There’s no way he would have left the boy with me. Not after the sports club. Not in a million years. But I had also just confirmed something else.Leon didn’t know. Or, more accurately, Liam was not Leon’s man. His allegiance was to the boy’s father, even though he was clearly not sharing everything with Sir Sinclair, for his ward’s sake.Very good man; I ruminated as my secretary’s face flashed in my mind. I almost smiled.I shook my head mentally, and when my eyes focused, he was staring at me, hands in his pockets, shoulders rolling.I blinked and averted my gaze to the exit.I took a step forward, and he blocked my path with his body.I raised a brow.“What?” I asked, barely able to keep the irritation out of my tone.“You don’t seem happy to see me,” he droned. I nearly closed my eyes; that fucking voice of his should be illeg

His sheltered life, and the secret he was so concerned about, kept him away from large groups during daylight hours.Today, he was not only outside, but he was also in the company of a single person – a male. And while I don’t spend my time bragging about my looks, I was confident my outfit wasn’t helping him relax. My long-sleeved shirt and my trousers were loose. But the cut and style spoke volumes. The shirt was white, flowy. No buttons, but sharply cut at the neck, open to just before my chest began. Every step forward had the cloth define my outline, while revealing nothing. It was tucked into my equally white pants, giving me a slimmer silhouette. The pants were loose above, but tapered to a slim fit at the ankle. No belt. Gurkha styled, trousers with neat lines. My shoes were leather slip-ons. White, with a gold button on the side, the size of a penny.I stood out, but in a wholesome, tasteful way.I had dressed for him, the on

I stared at my phone. If I called him, he could hang up. If I went to his home, he could refuse to come out to meet me. If I asked him to my place… He already said we should take things slower. But his eyes on me last night… The way he kissed me, in public – well, not his definition of public though – was unprecedented. My dick twitched.“I leave tonight. Do you really have to go?”I smiled up at the redhead whose arm was around my shoulders.“What? Last night and this morning not enough for you?”He smiled down and leaned over me, kissing me, stroking my exposed throat. My body quivered. He kept going, adjusting his stand, his hands going to my pants. I uncrossed my legs, and he unzipped me.I opened my mouth wider, and he came in. I sucked him down while he stroked me up.I couldn’t breathe. His tongue was almost down my throat. I began to struggle; his hands tightened on me, one on my rod, the other on my sacs, teasin

He shook his head at me as my eyes widened.“I’m giving you an example. I won’t be tying you up, darling,” he remarked wryly, tracing my jaw line with a slow finger. His eyes were on my lips. They darted to mine, and his finger fell away.He placed a hand over mine, settling into his stool.“I went back to him. I wanted to try again.” My lips moved. He lowered his head, but his gaze never left mine. There was a smile on his face, but it wasn’t the version I liked.“I tied HIM up,” he said slowly, “and I whipped him till he pissed himself. I did other things too; used some anal toys and a urethral one. Didn’t necessarily lube him up beforehand.”My mouth fell open.“I say all this to say,” he remarked sneakily, using two fingers to raise my jaw, helping me clamp shut, “unless and until you let go in your own heart,” he said, placing the hand from my jaw on my left breast, his eyes still on mine, “you can’t even begin to be free,

As I always did from as far back as I could remember, whenever I was at a loss. From behind me, he grabbed my chest with both hands and squeezed, then moved away. I glanced at him from the corner of my eye. He was smiling. My heart swelled. He was truly smiling, and he looked better.I was pleased to have helped, however small, with whatever had been bothering him.He made his coffee and took it to the kitchen table at the co

I reined it in as my angel glowered. Wheezing, I continued, “Don’t fight him. It won't end.”Marcus was eyeing me now. Some fire had left his eyes, but not all of it.A tremor crossed his brow, and he narrowed his eyes at me. “I can’t handle him… But you can?” he rumbled.I s
