4. First Night in Prison (Memory).

Chapter 4. First Night in Prison (Memory).

Vidor John continued his work reporting to him today's schedule.

- This morning at ten o'clock, you have an appointment with Calliope Tucker.

Riffen Brown just smiled coldly, he didn't even intend to say anything at first, but after thinking about something, he asked his assistant Tran to be sure.

- She got out of prison today, so Calliope Tucker has a date with me?

Vidor John still kept his serious face and immediately replied to his boss.

- Yes, she texted you a few days ago.

Then came a minute and the boss still didn't say anything, Vidor John wasn't embarrassed, he was still waiting for a response from Riffen Brown. Since he was already used to that behaviour of the general boss, he learned to be patient.

In the end, Riffen Brown just made his decision, he took so much time because he was wondering whether to immediately implement his plan or give the other Doris Tucker a surprise gift.

- Just follow the plan.

With just a wave of the hand, Vidor John is enough to understand, he will need to do some assigned work.

That room was left alone Riffen Brown, a man both tall and heartless.

As always, it is very rare that a real smile appears.

Doris Tucker's first night in prison was no different from hell, because the trial took place in the afternoon, so that night she was assigned to the prison.

Everything that happened is still very peaceful, Doris Tucker has not experienced her life so she does not know what her next life will be, but she is mature enough to know that it will definitely not be easy. She also wasn't so naive as to think her fellow inmates would consider her a good sister.

This room was extremely humid, the furniture was sketchy, but it didn't matter anyway because she had never asked for it before. At a glance, Doris Tucker has 4 old mattresses, so maybe she will meet two more people, one of whom is currently here, she hasn't done anything to her but is not very welcoming.

Either way, she doesn't really care, she just wants to live a peaceful life every day.

Looking at the direction of the light entering through the vent, Doris Tucker narrowed herself to a corner and thought.

If she was afraid of falling into the Blood Pond Hell (for being unfilial to her parents, being stained with blood to death), now she pushed herself into the Hell of Hell.

She chose filial piety, so when she came here, she didn't have any preparation at all, everything went by as fast as the wind.

In just over a week, she moved from a detention room to a cell, but during all that time, her mother never visited her once.

It wasn't long before a woman around her age walked in with a terrible attitude, whispering to the person in the room from earlier.

- How is it?

The woman reverently answered her.

- No sign of anything out of the ordinary. He's the one who hit the car and ran away last week, only 19 years old.

Hearing that, the hoarse-voiced woman quickly walked over to Doris Tucker's seat and started talking. Her hoarse voice was accompanied by a slight half-joking attitude that made her feel uncomfortable.

- Do you know the rules here?

Every single expression of hers succeeded in getting her attention, to be honest, it was impossible not to notice. What's more, because she doesn't want to cause trouble, she also wants to let it go, whatever happens, will come right away.

Doris Tucker did not cry, did not show fear, she showed her composure, looked her straight in the eyes and spoke.

- Not yet.

After all, the other person is older than her age, once you come here, you should lower your self-esteem to live through the day, just treat them politely.

The people behind didn't say anything, they still looked at her with more disdain, waiting for a familiar greeting. Only one petite girl made her stop her eyes, she was also quite shy, her ability was about the same age as Doris Tucker, she seemed to sympathize with me. When she looked at her, the girl also looked back at her sympathetically.

It was natural for the old ghost to bully the new one, it was like a familiar rule, but when she was well prepared, the other woman spoke softly to her.

- Follow me, I will protect you. From now on you just call me Elie madam.

After saying that, she also patted Doris Tucker's shoulder, it was a surprise, she never thought that in prison, someone could be so nice to her. When she saw the waiting face of the other party, she didn't want to waste any more time, so she quickly replied.

- Yes, Elie madam.

Everything went so smoothly, she thought she wouldn't have the misfortunes as rumoured, but no, her nightmare was just beginning.

When she was still asleep, she felt cold, the sound of water murmuring right next to her ears, moreover it was very smelly.

When Doris Tucker did not understand what was happening, she heard Elie's hoarse voice talking to someone.

- I want to slap it.

Doris Tucker wiped the water from her face and slowly opened her eyes, because it was also dark, she couldn't see who it was, in front of her were only blurry images that resembled the shy girl.

In less than three seconds, a slap sounded, it even echoed, on Doris Tucker's cheek numb with pain. She slightly covered her cheeks and then a little frustrated asked them.

- What are you guys doing?

There was no answer, only laughter filled the room of Elie and another person.

Elie madam right now stood at the switch and turned on the light, the light immediately blinding her. Doris Tucker slowly opened her eyes and saw the scared face of the shy girl, her small hands trembled slightly, she didn't even dare to look at her face anymore, maybe she was just the other two. only forced.

Doris Tucker does not blame her but also sympathizes, she is just a small human being forced into a dead-end, so that's all.
