Alpha Felix POV

'Stay away from my woman, Felix. You won't want to get on my bad side, would you?' the threatening smirk on his face as he uttered those words to me wouldn't leave my head even after three days. Although I'm also an Alpha, but Kai is one person I won't ever want to mess with. He would wipe out my pack without thinking twice if I force him to, but then, I can't just give Ariel up like that, right? It would've been a different case if she knew who she is, but it's kind of complicated now.

I toss on the bed for the fifth time, trying to force myself to get some sleep. I've been working my ass out the whole week, trying to get myself distracted, but nothing seemed to be working in my favor.

I grunt angrily as I sit up on the bed and it's just past 9pm. Maybe I should just take a walk, and I'll be fine after that. I conclude before I stand up from the bed and slide my feet into my flip-flops before I advance toward the door. I almost flinch when I pull the do
