Because of the response he gave me, I lost my appetite. I no longer felt like continuing the date that he invited me to. And I lost even more interest when I saw how the waitress had caressed his shoulder—not hit, but caressed. And he even let her. It was obvious that this bitch's touch was flirtatious.

I completely lost interest in the date, so I remained quiet the whole time, even during our meal.

Meanwhile, he tried to talk to me several times, but being me, the hard-headed one, I didn't listen, so he really couldn't talk to me until he got tired of trying. The only sound during those hours was the clinking of our cutlery and forks because of the extremely quiet atmosphere between the two of us. And all I can say is that the silence was annoying, but because I was so irritated with him, I let myself be annoyed.

We remained silent until we finished eating. Which made me freaking think whether we were still on a date or not.
