CHAPTER 13: CONFUSION

I reached my chambers and walked deeply to the master bedroom with her in my arms and put her down when arriving at the bedroom.

After putting her down in the huge and clean bathroom of my chambers without a care in the world that she was bruised and dirty, I walked to the door and closed it completely shut .

But I didn't lock it, just closed it enough for Jack not to open it.
