Vanessa noticed the looks on his face but she didn't care. She tried to get up from the bed. "Release my grandmother from your custody and grant me a divorce. I want out!" She demanded.

Manuel was still trying to digest the slap which she had just given to him, he didn't expect to deal with another issue as she mentioned the word ‘Divorce’ to him.

Manuel watched Vanessa leave the bed, she might've forgotten about the broke bowl pieces on the floor but he didn't. He then tried stopping her but Vanessa was obstinate and she had a piece of glass prick into her leg. Vanessa stood stagnant, trying to hold back the pain. She didn't show her pain, but Manuel understood exactly what had happened.

Angrily, he stood and pulled her back. Vanessa tried to fight him but he succeeded in getting her back on the bed.

They struggled and he was on top of her on the bed. Vanessa was so furious.

"Manuel, why don't you let me go?" She asked him.
