“You better call Mom and Dad, like tonight.”
“I know, I know, its on the agenda. I can’t tell the pack until I tell them,” I answered.
She nodded, happy with my answer. I watched as Cooper slept on Raine and she and Yesenia chatter for a few minutes about her due date, where Raine was from, Raine gave her a brief rundown of her past two days, Matthew and promised to tell her the full story over breakfast one day soon. We walked away and I couldn’t help the joy I felt as the three of us walked to the pack house together.
“How many siblings do you have?” She asked me as we reached Cooper’s room and placed him in his bed.
“Three. I also have a little brother who is between Yesenia and Anna in age. Antoine is 18 and with my parents on the trip. We are all only about a year apart and have been close my whole life,” I told her.

I watched as my mate shook his head disappointed at the three wolves standing in front of him. He was furious, I could tell that much. He was yelling at the wolves who had their heads bowed. I hadn’t seen this side of him, this was the Alpha side, the tough side and from the outside looking in he was relatively terrifying.I couldn’t make out what they were saying but Nel stood next to Alex with his arms across his chest looking just as livid as Alex. { Alex }I let her walk a step in front of me specially so I could check her out while she walked. She was still adjusting her bra and dress as we walked acorss the field and I couldn’t help the smirk on my face as I watched. Goddess she was something else. I hadn’t meant to go that far at all with her. I had literally woke up this morning telling myself to take it extra slow, to earn her the old fashioned way if need be and be patient with her. But one wiff of her arousal and I lost every ounce of control.It has only been a few minutes since I was going down on her and I already am reminiscing. We hadn’t walked more than 5 steps when I felt arms wrap around my bicep. Based on the lack of sparks and horrible scent that hit my nose I knew it wasn’t my mate so I immediately took a step away. I found her around one of the bonfires. She was sitting on a bench with a dozen of the kids from the pack, including Cooper. Cooper was on her lap and the other kids were scattered around her listening intently as she told a story. I couldn’t help the pride I felt watching her. She fit in so well here and I still couldn’t believe she was mine. As I approached she saw me and seemed to know it was time. She placed Cooper on the bench with the kids and walked to me. I took her hand and we made our way towards the make shift stage that we always had set up for meetings. I stood on the stage alone with her to the side in the crowd at first. { Raine } It has been 2 weeks since the barbeque. The day following the Alpha from France arrived and the meeting was held between the 5 of them. I learned from my mate afterwards that the rogue attacks here were the smallest of them in the European area. The other packs were getting attacked even more often than us and they agreed, it wasn’t the usual type. They were organized and seemed to be testing our borders, our protection. Our pack was the most protected with the most warriors so we hadn’t had many issues yet. The smallest packs were having the largest trouble, some had even lost members. I said goodbye to Anna and headed to find Nel. He was out at the training grounds along with about half the pack. Ever since word of how big this rogue problem is got out the pack members have stepped up their training. The few who had only taken beginner were now in the advanced class working on attack moves and Nel had created an elite training class for the top warriors to advance even more. I had watched as this pack went into potential war mode, and while it didn’t look a ton different from the grand scheme of things, the overall moral and little details had changed it was a different air around. “Hey cuz,” I said as I approached him.
