I watched as the caravans with Nel, Car and our rescue squad disappeared into the woods, headed East. It would be a few hours before they reached the survivors and they would be coordinating with Garcia’s men. Garcia could only hold a few though so a majority would need to come here. { Caroline } I took a deep breath in of my baby girl’s sweet scent to calm my nerves but it didn’t seem to be enough. I felt a hand on the small of my back that was rubbing circles to calm me down and I knew by the feeling it had to be my mate’s. I turned and I saw that he was talking to a few warriors from our pack. I felt a soft smile on my face before I could stop it, even when he was busy he could still sense my unease and helped to calm me down.
