{ Caroline } I took a deep breath in of my baby girl’s sweet scent to calm my nerves but it didn’t seem to be enough. I felt a hand on the small of my back that was rubbing circles to calm me down and I knew by the feeling it had to be my mate’s. I turned and I saw that he was talking to a few warriors from our pack. I felt a soft smile on my face before I could stop it, even when he was busy he could still sense my unease and helped to calm me down. I sighed deeply for the umpteenth time today as my eyes wandered off to the forest ahead of us. Abuelo and Abuela arrived to the room just after the food did. I was setting up the dinner on the spare table when they knocked.“Come in, come in,” I told him and gave them each a big hug, or the best I could with my belly.
