Chapter 19: Stolen Seed

Alexander was in his office working on his computer and thinking deeply about his last discussion with Lawrence.

"Find love, indeed." He scoffed.

He had completely given up on love and did not believe that he would ever find love again.

Maybe it was never in his destiny to find love anyway.

Then he thought about his grandparents trying to find a wife for him. That would not even work either.

He scoffed again.

Alexander's phone, which he had earlier tossed into the drawer because he did not want any disturbance from it, suddenly started ringing.

He rolled his eyes and continued with his work, completely ignoring the phone.

He planned to ignore the phone even further, but the ringing persisted, and he decided to at least check who it was.

He grudgingly pulled open the drawer and brought the phone out of it, only to see that the caller was no other person than his doctor. He quickly picked it up, hoping that the doctor had found a woman who was willing to carry his child since they both
