“Is she asleep?”

Lucas knocked on Klara’s bedroom and spoke softly to Freya who is swinging goldie. He told the worried old man, Louis to leave the love birds alone to solve their misunderstandings and came to Freya. He let her go before when she left the party early along with Klara as he was occupied with Ralph's issue but it’s time to talk now.

Freya can’t dodge him all the time without clearing their misunderstanding. His sister gave Ralph a chance to explain himself and Freya should do the same. Freya nodded her head without looking at Lucas and tucked the little girl on bed before placing pillows on either side of her.

She heaved a sigh looking at the sleeping goldie and turned to Lucas, her face expressionless.

“Can you look after her for a while? I need to change my clothes”

She said to Lucas and he agreed walking towards the little pumpkin and sat on the bed carefully. He pulled out his mobile from his pocket and put it on silent mode in case his niece gets disturbed.
