Julianna POV

What's going on? I muttered, bewildered.

The entire dining hall was frozen in time. Flying plates hovered in mid air, Paranormal High students were still as statues and Scott was suspended mere inches away from the sharp objects.

I glanced at the clock, it's hands stopped at 3:47. That's odd. It was as if time itself had paused.

Curiosity drove me outside were the scene was similar. Leaves were suspended in mid air, birds were motionless and students were trapped in time.

I returned to the dining hall and swallowed hard. "Guys?" I called out but silence replied.

Lila, Lily and even Lyra were frozen, their expression locked in place..

My gaze returned to Scott and a mischievous grin spread across my face.

I approach him pressing against his side but he didn't budge. It was as if he was a statue.

Giggling, I pinched his nose until it turned red and the slapped him on the cheek. "That what you deserve." Filled with a sense of satisfaction.
