Undesirable suprises

In the first moment, the silence was so overwhelming that you could hear a pin drop. Katherine's eyes widened in shock. She glanced at Greg, but he was stunned, just like her.

What made her feel better was Camille's facial expression. It was clear she did not expect to see her either. The only person who found it amusing was Xavier. He stood next to the car with a grin on his face as if he had just heard the best joke ever.

All of that happened in a split second. Then all of them heard the loud voice of King Marcus.

- What the hell is she doing here? - He asked, looking at Camille.

- I would instead ask what she is doing here. - His wife was eying Katherine with hatred.

~ Yep, no change in here. ~ Lucy said in Alpha's mind.

~ I would say it is worst than it was. ~ Katherine replied.

- Let's get inside; we will discuss it in the office. - King Marcus ordered and turned around. The Queen glanced at them for the last time and followed her husband.
