Chapter 33 Preparation for the interview

Molly’s POV…

Lance's love and care put me at ease, and I almost forgot about my meeting with Edward. I arrived at work in a good mood.

William called me just as I got to my desk. I am now heading to his cabin. On the way, I run into Kate, who is coming out of William’s cabin.

She looks upset.

I expected her to say or do something to humiliate me, but all she did was walk away.

I am a little surprised. Kate just left without mocking me! This is not usual behavior from her side.

I, however, ignore her and proceed to his cabin. I knock on the door.

"Come in."

I push the door open and walk in.

"Please take your seat." He motions to the chair opposite him, his face beaming. He seems to be delighted.

I sit down and smile, looking at his smile. "What is the matter? You seem very happy."

"I am. And you will also jump with joy."

I become excited and eagerly wait to hear what makes him happy.
