24-2: doubts and dwarves

Emmanuelle looked at her cell phone without saying anything.

Harry had heard the elf announce the presence of dwarves on the other side of the portal, as she had.

The vampire nervously ran a hand through her hair as the wolf's whine grew louder. She let out a sigh and hung up the phone, stating simply:

"I will get back to you later," to her clan leader.

She tried to sit up, but Harry lifted her by the waist.

The Alpha held her firmly seated in his lap and looked down at the table without any emotion, "Does this mean I can't mark you tonight?"

Emmanuelle let herself fall backward, leaning against her beloved's chest, "I do not know. As long as the dwarves do not leave, there is little chance that my clan leader will arrive tonight." Then she put her cell phone on the table in front of them.

Harry put his arms around Emmanuelle's waist and breathed deeply into her neck. Till's purrs had stopped and were now replaced by growls. To calm down, the Alpha had only one remedy at his disposal:
