Chapter 30

Victory

My first victory in the battle was in the air, I could feel and taste it. Could these walls come crumbling down as I felt my feet standing on the ground?

I cried as light rain covered it and only L knew I was crying, she came closer and hugged me.

How well the hug felt, the day was done. I prayed I would be able to keep what I have only started. I could feel the soft touch of the rain as I hugged L back.

I looked at my sword and placed it back in its place, I then mounted my horse and Instructed my warriors to do the same, when I got on it I looked at them and smiled.

I then told my horse, "Shelby, it is time to go." My horse started moving and the troops moved with me, "I will fly chase the wind, and touch the sky, with my own hands I would build my future."

The sky cleared and it was now fair and bright, it seemed like a horse race on the plain fields but none were a match for my speed though.
