Kenneth cursed under his breath.

All of them were a lost cause.

After hanging up, he turned to Robin, who counted as half a normal person next to him. "You sure he'll leave by half-past?"

"I'm sure." Robin had followed John for many years. On this point at least, he was certain.

"Alright." Kenneth raised his hand and glanced at his watch. Seeing it was almost five, he forced his temper down. "Then I'll wait another half hour. If he still hasn't left by then, I'm taking it out on you."
