Hugh blinked his good eye and tried to focus his mind. The woman had let him know that at least one wolf knew he was here and was trying to help, he had no idea what she had injected him with but he felt better already. He didn’t know any of the MacGregor Clan personally but he did know that they had been banished from the Reiver Pack, they had tried to double- cross the Reivers or something. He could feel his temperature rising and he felt himself sweating as whatever the woman had given him started to take effect.
