Scarlett's POV

The feeling of someone touching my face and my hair woke me up from sleep.

I forced my eyes open and I saw Alpha Carlos, staring at me with a smile on his handsome face that made butterflies dance in my stomach.

I can't believe I slept on the same bed with Alpha Carlos.

This was the first time Alpha Carlos and I would ever sleep on the same bed and the feeling was overwhelming. I wish we could remain like this.

" Good morning, your Highness." I greeted him almost in a whisper.

" Morning, my sunshine. Hope you slept well?" He asked, removing a strand of hair from my face.

I felt an electric jolt from his touch and I shivered, making him smile at me.

"How was your thigh, hope it doesn't hurt that much?" I asked,

" It has healed already. You can check for yourself if you want," he said and I blushed.

" I mind-link the maids to bring our breakfast to my room," he informed me and I looked at him in disbelief.
