Elder Barron’s eyes were wide and red with anger. I could see that he was shaking and trembling with rage. He pointed his index finger at me accusingly. 

“You are a freak, a curse and a bad omen. You have always been a disgrace to this pack and your family. I reject you as the alpha of this pack.” He screamed at the top of his voice. Hailey snickered and stood up.

“I, Hailey Spencer, reject David Barton as my mate.” She said and smiled at Cade, who quickly put his arm around her waist. 

“I refuse to accept a curse and a freak as a mate. You look hideous David. I don’t want you.”  She said and placed her hand on Cade’s chest, who smirked at me. There was an excruciating pain in my heart as she said those painful words. Finn was continuously howling in my mind. He w
