"I don't know why I'm feeling scared," Luke said, pressing the brakes of his car as he stopped in front of the complex building where he was hired. He glanced at his wristwatch and realized he had plenty of time before meeting the new CEO.

"I don't understand why I'm afraid," he muttered to himself again, although deep down, he knew the reason. He was afraid of his mother's reaction if he didn't get the job again, and he thought this would affect his relationship with his mother and she would never believe him again. That was something he never wanted to happen.

Luke was wearing a blue suit and looked bewildered. Realizing he had just twenty-five minutes before 9:00 am, he stepped out of his car and walked towards the glassy twenty-story building. As he entered the elevator, he had another thought.
