Elena;
A particular scene caught my attention. The pair seemed to be on some kind of stage, drilling into a lady in a doggy-style position. The sounds of dick slapping against flesh, and her moans were everywhere.
They seem to have a rather large audience as people gathered down the stage, openly making out.
And as I stared closer, I felt the familiarity.
Clint, my boyfriend was the man behind the scenes. Openly f***king the lady like it was some kind of show.
The red-haired woman turned to look at me and traced my eyesight. "Well, as you can see, this is a playhouse. A sex club, rather, where different people come to have fun or let off some steam."
Well, they couldn't be more obvious. I thought, my eyes never leaving the scene as I tried to contain my feelings.
She pointed to a room, "there are different sections. They are those who just come to watch, for a threesome, solo sex, or role-play."
"That young man in there," she pointed towards the part Clint was, "Is part of our role players and he's one of our regulars."
I couldn't hear or take it anymore, and before I knew it I was barging in there, making everyone present to gasp in surprise.
"Clint!?"
I screamed, unable to hold back the pain and hurt I felt. Clint's eyes met mine from the stage and he stilled, his eyes widening slightly.
He withdrew from the girl under him and grabbed a robe from the floor. In a moment, he was beside me, grabbing my arms and leading me out of there.
My eyes were teary and my sight was blurry. I felt my back hit a hard wall, with Clint staring down at me.
"What do you think you are doing barging in there, Elena? What was that?"
I gave him a disbelieving look. "What? I should be asking you, Clint. What was that? What...You were supposed to be out of town. You told me you traveled."
Clint ran his hands over his face, glancing sideways. We were in some kind of alley and it was dark.
"What? Did you lie? Did you fucking lie to me, Clint?" I asked further.
"No!...Yes. I mean... I didn't lie. I was meant to leave town for the business I told you about, but.. something else came up. Yeah, something came up and I couldn't leave."
I let out a breath, "And you didn't bother to let me know you were in town all along? Clint, you know how much I needed you to..."
"And that is the problem with you, Elena. I'm sorry for having deceived you but..."
"But what?"
He thinned his lips, his brown eyes staring right into mine. His hair was falling all over his forehead and felt like running my hands through it. I had missed him so much, but seeing him back there had hurt me and I needed answers.
"I'm tired, Elena. Okay? I'm tired of this boring relationship. I.. I tried, but I just can't take it anymore."
"Boring? How could you say that, Clint? Our relationship is far from that. We love each other."
He rolled his eyes, "I'm just tired, okay, Elena. I fucking hate the fact that you're so obsessed with whatever you think we have going on."
And you know the worst part? I couldn't even get to have sex with my 'girlfriend' due to some lame-ass reasons you had."
My breath caught in my throat as I stared at him in shock, "Clint... you never...I thought...you could have talked to me about it. You know I would have... "
He huffed, "Get over it, Elena. Quit being clingy. Besides," he took a glance at me and sneered, "You have nothing to satisfy a man with. You're just so plain and so boring, that no sane man would bother keeping you."
He chuckled, "In fact, I am so glad you finally caught me. Breaking up this way is so much easier."
He stepped back and I felt my legs give away. I didn't say a word. And he just turned his back and left, leaving me back here all alone.
The tears finally ran down my cheeks at a fast hurried pace. I never would have believed if anyone had told me Clint would do something of the sort.
My whole body wracked with sobs as I struggled to contain them.

Angelo;
I stood in the room, gazing at the numerous equipment.
"What seem to be the issue?" I demanded as Xavier and Dominic approached me with a look in their eyes.
"The clients are here." They replied warily.
"Shit! Why all of a sudden? They aren't meant to be here yet."
"It seems they wanted to check out the machines to know how effective it is," Dominic responded. "But..I thought this had been settled already. The test subject have been ready for days..."
"The fucking brat just had an asthma attack. We can't afford to mess this up."
I glanced at my watch, getting aggravated, "what the hell is taking her so long? I need this experiment to go smoothly."
"You mean... Eric's daughter?" Dominic asked.
"Of course I meant her. She's going to be a good replacement for the brat. God help her she passes the test."
"Boss. Permit me to say, but we can not afford another failed experiment. I don't think she looks fit for this. She is weak and looks way too innocent."
Xavier countered him, "Nah, I don't think so. She will be a good test subject. It should come as a punishment for what her father did. So it's either, she passes the test or her father dies."
"You're wrong. I don't think ..."
"Shut up for a few minutes, will you? Do you both think I cannot make my fucking choices?" I was beginning to get a headache from all the talk.
They bowed and echoed, "Sorry Boss."
An hour later, the machines had all been propped up and all engines were running smoothly. However, the test subject was yet to make an appearance.
From where I sat, my eyes kept glancing toward the entrance."Where the fuck is she? Why are they taking so damn long?" I demanded, checking my watch for the umpteenth time.
"Something is off," Xavier chimed, "I'll go check."
I nodded at him and he walked out. But as soon as he took a step, I saw her.
Elena.
Standing at the entrance in a black lingerie.
Chapter 98 (Epilogue)The warehouse buzzed with activity as Angelo inspected the latest shipment of goods. His sharp eyes scanned the inventory, ensuring everything was accounted for.Though his business dealings required constant attention, his thoughts often wandered to Elena, who was now eight months pregnant. He had spent the past weeks ensuring everything was perfect for her and their baby.As he signed off on the documents handed to him by one of his men, his phone rang. It was his trusted right-hand man, Marco.“Boss,” Marco’s voice was urgent. “It’s Elena. She’s gone into labor. They’ve taken her to the hospital.”Angelo froze for a moment, his pen slipping from his fingers. His heart pounded in his chest. “I’m on my way,” he said quickly, already moving toward his car.The drive to the hospital felt like the longest journey of his life. Every red light and slow driver grated on his nerves. Angelo’s thoughts raced. He worried about Elena, about the baby, and whether he’d mak
Chapter 97The sun had just begun to rise, casting a warm, golden glow across the private villa. The soft sound of waves crashing against the shore could be heard from the open windows, filling the room with a serene melody.Elena stirred, her eyes fluttering open to find herself wrapped in Angelo’s arms. His grip was firm but gentle, his breathing steady against her neck. She turned slightly, watching him sleep. The sharp edges of his face softened in rest, and for the first time in a while, he looked entirely at peace. A faint smile tugged at her lips.“Watching me again, Mrs. Fabian?” Angelo’s voice was husky with sleep, and his eyes remained closed as he spoke.Elena chuckled softly. “I can’t help it. You’re too handsome when you’re not scowling at someone.”He opened one eye, his lips quirking into a smirk. “If I’d known marriage would make you so cheeky, I might have married you sooner.”She laughed, her cheeks warming. “Good morning, Mr. Fabian.”“Good morning,” he murmured, p
Chapter 96Dominic woke up to the soft hum of machines and the sterile scent of antiseptics filling his room. His condition was wore than any other person and so he had a lot of antiseptics being inserted into him.His body felt heavy, but his mind was alert. As he blinked into the harsh room light, he noticed a familiar figure sitting in the corner.Angelo!"You're finally awake," Angelo said, his tone even, though his sharp eyes betrayed his tension.Dominic attempted to sit up, wincing at the dull ache in his ribs. "How long was I out?" he croaked."Long enough," Angelo replied. He leaned forward, resting his elbows on his knees. "You’ve caused a lot of trouble, Dominic."Dominic looked down, guilt weighing on him. He had known the risks of his decisions, but he hadn’t anticipated how far the fallout would spread. "I didn’t mean for things to go this way," he said.Angelo shook his head. "Intentions don’t erase actions." He stood up, towering over Dominic’s bed. "You need to leave
Chapter 95Angelo had also brought Eva back home. He carried her to one of the spare rooms and laid her gently on the bed.He didn’t know why he still bothered about her, maybe it was the remnants of the past they shared, or perhaps it was the exhaustion from the endless betrayals that seemed to have happened around him in just a short span of time.Whatever it was, he couldn’t bring himself to leave her at Klaus's domain, they would roast her alive and he did not want that for her. When he returned from his session with Klaus, he had decided to check on her. The house was quiet, the weight of the day pressing down on him as he climbed the stairs. He opened the door to her room and found her still asleep, her face soft and relaxed, like she didn’t have a care in the world. For a moment, he stood there, watching her. She looked so innocent in her sleep, and yet the chaos she had caused flashed in his mind.He pulled the nearest seat close to himself and sat beside the bed watching her
Chapter 94Angelo had finally succeeded in bringing both Elena and Dominic back home after the stressful ordeal with Klaus. He made sure they were both receiving treatment—Dominic for his injuries and Elena for her injuries as well as the trauma she had faced, but refused to take any treatment himself. He had too much work to do in the next two hours to rest. His mind was running on a dangerous mission, focusing on one thing only: Klaus. For the mean time, he settled for a quick first-aid treatment. His wounds were fresh, but he knew that if he didn’t take care of them, they would get infected. Angelo couldn't afford that right now. His body ached, but his mind was sharp and focused on the task at hand.Once he finished bandaging his wounds, Angelo grabbed his jacket, grabbed a cigarette from his pocket, and left the safe confines of his home. He drove in silence, the cool wind from the night blowing in through the window of his car. He had to make sure Klaus was still alive and then
Chapter 93Angelo was so disappointed in his men. His heart sank as he stared at the chaos his men had allowed to happen in his absence. He had left to save Dominic, only to return and find Klaus and Eva tearing everything apart. Before he could make sense of the situation, Klaus ambushed him, holding Elena hostage to force his surrender. She stood there, her face pale, her arms pinned behind her by one of Klaus's men. Angelo’s blood boiled at the sight, but he knew he couldn’t risk Elena’s life.“Angelo,” Klaus had said with a wicked grin, “be smart for once. Surrender, or you’ll watch her suffer.”Angelo had no choice as he raised his hands in defeat, he allowed Klaus’s men to drag him forward. The sharp blow to the back of his neck came faster than he could react. The world went black.*****Angelo’s mind wandered as he stirred back into consciousness. The last thing he remembered was Klaus’s men dragging him away, the sting of a blow to the back of his neck knocking him out cold.
