Nyx wasn't aware of the fact that Jackson had already gotten to the pack, and he's been spending days at the Alpha's house. She was wondering why he hasn't done anything to get his wife back when he is living with them.

“He's such a coward; I can't believe I had hopes that he would help me out.” Nyx said. to herself when she remembered the time she thought Jackson would be the best person to help her out of her situation and he would do anything to get her back, but here he is living with them, doing nothing at all to get her back; instead, both of their relationships are going even stronger.

Even though she found him stupid, she felt she still needed him because only he can destroy the relationship Kayla and Callan have. She thinks Jackson might not just know how to go about it, but he still has a lot of power in his hands because both of them have a child together.

I can't read this book no more. The characters are immature and contradict previously written chapters. it's way to slow with no excitement or substance. being to repetitive !!
