Chapter 47. She's already dead

"Release the prey!" The old man orders from the box, addressing the man who is there watching over, Lizzie is now alone in the arena, her gaze fixed on the post where Amber, badly injured, is tied up. "I want to see if you are worth the bet this man has placed on your head."

The young woman's chin trembles, but she's here now and she has no choice but to fight if she wants to survive.
