Chapter 46- Can't let her go

Katrina was at Laura's house. They were watching a funny movie right now, it used to be Katrina's favorite movie.

Laura has been trying to cheer Katrina up since she came over. Laura was always saying something funny if she noticed that Katrina was already deep in thought. When Laura saw it wasn't helping, she suggested they watch the movie.

Before Katrina came to Laura's house, she already went in search of a job in Sweetgrass. She could do anything at all including being a nanny for the sick as long as it makes her busy enough not to think of Eric.
